New lead response
Still replying to every new lead by hand?
A form, voicemail, email, or message comes in. The first response should not have to wait until you get back to your inbox. BRCC sets up simple lead response systems so new inquiries are acknowledged, logged, and put in front of you faster.
The manual version
What this usually looks like today.
Silent inbox
A contact form sends you an email, but nothing else happens.
Voicemail lag
A voicemail sits until the next break in your day.
Repeat questions
You answer the same first questions over and over.
What BRCC sets up
Concrete work, with clear ownership.
Acknowledgment and routing
A first-response template, a record of the inquiry, and a notification to the person responsible for the next step.
Ownership and escalation
Rules for business hours, unassigned inquiries, and a reminder when a lead has not received a human response.
A visible queue
An agreed place to see new, contacted, and closed inquiries, with a way to pause automatic replies.
An example of the work
Illustrative example, not a customer case study. A hypothetical repair business receives requests through its website. A valid submission creates one inquiry record and sends an acknowledgment explaining when a person will respond. The owner gets the job details. If the inquiry remains unassigned at the agreed checkpoint, it is flagged for attention. The acknowledgment does not promise an appointment or quote.
What we need from you
Bring the form or inbox you use, the questions you ask new customers, your actual response hours, and the person who handles each type of request. We review the available connections before choosing a tool. Website forms, email inboxes, spreadsheets, and customer-management systems are possible starting points; compatibility depends on your accounts and access.
Testing and handoff
We test a normal inquiry, missing contact details, a repeat submission, an after-hours request, and a failed handoff. You receive the message templates, routing rules, account ownership notes, and pause instructions. We agree who checks failures and whether ongoing maintenance belongs in the project.
What belongs in the scope
Start with one intake source and one destination. Replacing your whole sales system, answering every customer question with AI, and ongoing inbox management are separate decisions. An automatic acknowledgment supports the human response; it does not guarantee a sale.
