AI Opportunity Review for small businesses

Not sure where AI would actually help?

Show us how your business works. We will look for practical ways AI or automation could save time, reduce repeat work, or improve follow-up, and tell you where it does not belong.

You do not need a project brief or a list of tools. A conversation is enough to start.

What we look at

We start with the work, not the technology.

We talk with you about a normal week, where work gets stuck, and what your team already uses. Depending on your business, we may look at:

New and existing customers

Lead intake, customer follow-up, scheduling, quoting, and estimates.

Information and communication

Email, document handling, internal knowledge, and common customer questions.

Behind-the-scenes work

Reporting, data entry, recurring administrative work, and handoffs between employees or software systems.

We agree on the scope before we begin. You do not have to give us access to every system just to have the first conversation.

What you get

A useful answer, even if you do nothing else.

After the review, you get a short, plain-English summary of:

  • The AI or automation opportunities most worth considering
  • Which ones we would start with, and why
  • Likely business value or time saved, with assumptions clear rather than guaranteed numbers
  • Ideas we would leave alone, including work that needs a person
  • Rough implementation complexity
  • Sensible next steps, whether or not you work with us
5 things AI could help with. 2 we would start with. 2 we would leave alone.

The actual number depends on what we find. This is advice you can use whether you ask us to build anything or not.

How the review works

A conversation, a clear recommendation, your decision.

Talk through a real week

You show us where time goes and what keeps getting repeated.

Look for useful opportunities

We consider simple automation and AI where each makes sense.

Sort the ideas

We recommend what to do first, what can wait, and what is not worth doing.

Get clear next steps

We walk through the summary together. Implementation is a separate decision.

Who you’re talking to

An honest answer from the person doing the work.

You work directly with Alex Caldwell, not a sales team handing the conversation to someone else. We will tell you if a better checklist, a clearer handoff, or no new technology is the right answer. We do not recommend replacing the judgment or relationships that make your business yours.

Start here

Show us how your business works. We’ll show you where AI actually fits.

Tell us what is taking up time or where you are unsure. We can decide together whether an AI Opportunity Review would be useful. No commitment to an implementation project.
