Meet Alex Caldwell.
I’m Alex Caldwell, the technology and automation consultant behind Blue Ridge Cloud Cover. Based in Etowah, NC, I help small businesses in Western North Carolina find practical uses for AI and automation, fix repeat work, and keep the technology side easier to run. I also handle cloud and software engineering when the need is deeper.
What we believe
The right setup should make the business easier to run.
Big companies pay teams of people to connect tools, clean up handoffs, track follow-ups, and keep systems reliable. Smaller businesses need that leverage too, just without a giant project or a full-time technical team.
That is the work: learn how the business runs, find the useful AI or automation opportunities, and explain what is worth doing and what should stay human. You do not need to know which tool you need before we talk.
