Customer communication automation

Still sending reminders and review requests one at a time?

Appointments, confirmations, and review requests are easy to forget when the day gets busy. BRCC sets up customer reminders and review asks so the repeat communication happens at the right time.

The manual version

What this usually looks like today.

Reminders

No-shows happen because reminders are inconsistent.

Reviews

Review requests get skipped after the job is done.

Replies

You rewrite the same customer messages again and again.

What BRCC sets up

Concrete work, with clear ownership.

Appointment reminders

Templates and timing tied to appointment status, with a clear route to confirm, reschedule, or cancel.

Review requests

A separate request after completed work, using a consistent rule for eligible customers and a direct review link.

Communication controls

Rules for permitted channels, message preferences, duplicate sends, and pausing a workflow.

An example of the work

Illustrative example, not a customer case study. A hypothetical appointment business sends a reminder before a booked visit. Rescheduling replaces the old reminder, and cancellation stops it. After the appointment is marked complete, a separate message invites an honest review. That invitation uses the same eligibility rule regardless of whether the customer seemed pleased; it does not ask only happy customers to post publicly.

What we need from you

Bring your booking calendar, appointment statuses, current messages, review-profile link, and the way you record communication preferences. We confirm which calendar or booking connections are available. Email and text options depend on the provider, account features, and permissions for the intended messages.

Testing and handoff

We test a booking, changed appointment time, cancellation, duplicate event, completed visit, and request to stop messages. You receive the templates, timing rules, status map, and pause instructions. We agree who handles customer replies and delivery problems after launch.

What belongs in the scope

Appointment reminders and review requests are separate workflows, even if they share a tool. Review writing, incentives for positive reviews, and guarantees about attendance or star ratings are not part of the service. New messaging subscriptions and ongoing management are discussed before being added.
