Website, email, and operations support
Are the basics becoming another job?
Automation works best when the website, email, forms, accounts, and backups are not wobbling. BRCC helps keep the boring-but-important tech steady so it does not become another thing on your plate.
The manual version
What this usually looks like today.
Broken forms
Website forms break quietly.
Scattered access
Email, domains, accounts, and passwords live in scattered places.
Unclear backups
Backups and recovery are unclear until something goes wrong.
What BRCC sets up
Concrete work, with clear ownership.
Website and form checks
Trace an agreed problem from the page to its destination, repair the cause within scope, and document how to check it again.
Email and account ownership
Review the relevant domain, email, and administrator access so you know which accounts control the business service.
Backups and recovery
Document what is backed up, where it is kept, and the recovery steps. Agree on a restore check appropriate to the system.
An example of the work
Illustrative example, not a customer case study. A hypothetical business discovers that its contact form displays success but no inquiry reaches the inbox. We trace the form, sending service, and destination using an approved test. The fix is checked at both ends. The handoff records where submissions are stored, who owns the sending account, and how to recognize a failure later.
What we need from you
Tell us what stopped working, when you noticed it, and which website host or email provider you use. Screenshots with private details removed can help. Do not send passwords through the contact form. We agree on appropriate account access after defining the work and confirm platform fit before promising a fix.
Testing and handoff
Testing follows the problem: for a form, confirm an approved submission is stored and received; for email, check the agreed send-and-receive path; for backups, verify the agreed restore procedure. You receive a summary of changes, relevant account ownership, remaining issues, and recovery or follow-up instructions.
What belongs in the scope
Small fixes are welcome. A full website rebuild, complete email migration, recurring monitoring, and emergency or round-the-clock support require their own agreed scope. Provider outages and changes outside your accounts may limit what can be repaired directly. We explain those dependencies before expanding the work.
Next step
Tell us what is broken, unclear, or worrying you.
Work directly with Alex Caldwell, based in Etowah and serving Western North Carolina. Start with the problem and the tools you use; we can define the smallest useful project from there.
